Br-ANT-dATP

3'- O- (5- Bromoanthraniloyl)- 2'- deoxyadenosine- 5'- O- triphosphate ( Br-ANT-dATP )
Fluorescent dATP analogue
Cat. No.: B 145

CAS No.: [pending]
Shipping: Dry ice

For other salt forms or a guaranteed higher purity please inquire. Analogue of 2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate with only moderate intrinsic fluorescence (λexc 345 nm, λem ~425 nm). The fluorophore is supposed to have a certain sensitivity for its environment and can change its spectral properties upon binding. Useful for research into dATP-dependent receptor proteins.

Vial containing 500 µl of 10 mM aqueous solution of pH 7.6.
