For other salt forms please inquire. Fluorescent analogue of ATP and GTP, respectively with λexc 408 nm and λem 552 nm, which is supposed to substitute for ATP and GTP in the interaction with various enzymes and proteins. It is sensitive to indicators of local environment such as polarity and viscosity, and frequently exhibits a spectral shift and fluorescence enhancement upon binding to a protein. Inhibitor of soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC). References for the related TNP-GTP: Hiratsuka, T., J. Biol. Chem., 260, 4784 - 4790 (1985), and various TNP-NTPs: Suryanarayana et al., J. Pharmacol. Exp. Ther., 330, 687 - 695 (2009).
