For other salt forms or a guaranteed higher purity please inquire. 2'-O-Bn-3'-MANT-GTP is a fluorescent (λexc 350 nm; λem 442 nm) analogue of GTP where the ribose hydroxy groups have been modified by an ether bond to a benzyl group and an ester bond to a fluorescent MANT group, respectively. Significantly improved stability against esterases compared to other 2'/3'-esters of the ribose like MANT-GTP (Cat. No. M 032). Potential inhibitor of various adenylyl cyclase isoforms and soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC). References for related GTP analogs and nucleoside triphosphate analogs: Dove et al., Mol.
