8-Br-2',3'-cGMP is considered to be a membrane-permeable analogue of 2',3'-cGMP (Biolog Cat. No. G 025). 2',3'-cGMP is a positional isomer of the natural second messenger 3',5'-cGMP (Biolog Cat. No. G 001) and was found to exist in mammals under physiological conditions (Jackson et al., Am. J. Physiol. Regul. Integr. Comp. Physiol., 316, R783 - R790 (2019)).
