For other salt forms or analogues please inquire. c-(CpUp) is a pyrimidine cyclic dinucleotide that was found to be biosynthesized by an alternative cyclic dinucleotide synthase identified in Legionella pneumophila, LpCdnE02. c-(CpUp) is a minor product of LpCdnE02 while c-diUMP (Cat. No. C 256) is the major product of this cyclic dinucleotide synthase (all data according to Whiteley et al., Nature, 567, 194 - 199 (2019)).
