ANT-GTP is an analogue of guanosine-5'-triphosphate, where either the ribose 2' or the 3' hydroxyl group has been modified wtih the relatively small fluorescent anthraniloyl group (λexc 330 nm, λem ~428nm). The ANT fluorophore has a certain sensitivity for its environment and can change its spectral properties upon binding. Inhibitor of various adenylyl cyclase isoforms.
