New fluorescent cAMP analogue !

Using the fluorescent cAMP analogue 8-[DY-547]-AET-cAMP (or fcAMP) synthesized by BIOLOG, Kusch et al. studied ligand binding and activation in HCN2 channels. Their findings have been published in Neuron:
