New FRET protocol !

Using 8-Br-2'-O-Me-cAMP (Cat. No. B 022) and 8-Br-2'-O-Me-cAMP-AM (Cat. No. B 028) from BIOLOG, Börner et al. have developed an improved protocol for FRET-based measurements of intracellular cAMP concentrations and kinetics. The protocol is generally applicable to various cell types as well as other second messengers and their membrane-permeable analogues.
