New paper !

Biolog has participated in the Cyclic Nucleotide Project which has collected comprehensive data on a large number of cyclic nucleotide analogues and their interactions with receptor proteins and phosphodiesterases. A corresponding paper has recently been published in Nature Methods (Poppe et al., Nat. Methods, 5, 277-278 (2008): "Cyclic nucleotide analogs as probes of signaling pathways"). Also, full data is available online at the Cyclic Nucleotide Project's homepage http://www.cyclic-nucleotides.org.
