Normally, most of our products listed are in stock in Germany and will be shipped the day your order is received. Products that do not require cooled transport are shipped by airmail or, if preferred, by courier service (TNT or FedEx). Products that need to be shipped on dry ice to maintain their high purity are shipped by TNT or by FedEx.

Prices shown on the web and in the printed catalogue are in Euro. For price information in Pound Sterling, Japanese Yen or US Dollar please inquire.

VAT
Outside the EU VAT will not be charged. Customers from EU countries are requested to provide their institution's European tax registration number along with their order. Please submit this number even if you are VAT exempt since it is needed for correct international order processing. VAT is not added in these cases, of course. If VAT number is not supplied by an EU customer VAT will be charged at the current German rate of 19%.

Shipping
Our prices include packing and transport by normal airmail, but no taxes, custom fees or related charges. Additional transport charges may apply if you prefer the products to be sent by courier service or if the products require dry ice shipment to maintain their original high purity. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
When placing your order online please note that prices shown in your shopping cart are final prices only if

• you are located in Germany and products purchased can be shipped by airmail at ambient temperature,
• your are located in the EU (VAT number required) and products purchased can be shipped by airmail at ambient temperature.

Our price system already includes considerable discounts when ordering multiple packing units. If you are interested in amounts that exceed regular catalogue quantities, in standing orders or even bulk supply, please contact our headquarters.
